Refund policy

<h2>Returns</h2>
<p>We want you running the right moderator on the right rifle. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.</p>
<p>You may return an unused product in its original packaging within <strong>14 days of delivery</strong> for a full refund of the purchase price. Products that have been installed, fired over, modified, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.</p>
<p>To start a return, email us at <a href="mailto:usamodair@gmail.com">usamodair@gmail.com</a> with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be refundable.</p>

<h2>Return shipping</h2>
<p>Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping in full. There is no restocking fee.</p>

<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receipt; how quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.</p>

<h2>Exchanges</h2>
<p>Ordered the wrong caliber? You may not need a return at all — any caliber core fits any canister of the same model size, so in most cases you can simply order the core you need and keep the moderator you have. If you'd rather return the original for a refund, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.</p>

<h2>Damaged or defective on arrival</h2>
<p>Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos and we'll replace it at no cost.</p>

<h2>Lifetime warranty</h2>
<p>Separately from returns, every moderator we sell carries a lifetime warranty:</p>
<blockquote><p>A Lifetime Warranty backs Dominus Air's Sonus Moderators. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our product. Should your Sonus Moderator experience any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications made to the product.</p></blockquote>

<h2>Broken cores</h2>
<p>Cores are 3D-printed in our own shop, which means replacing one is easy. If you break a core — even if it was your fault, you dropped it, stepped on it, or ran it over — we'll replace it free of charge. You only cover the shipping. This is a goodwill policy over and above the warranty above.</p>
