Shipping policy

<h2>Where we ship</h2>
<p>We currently ship within the United States only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.</p>
<p>Certain destinations may be restricted by state or local law. If we're unable to ship to your address, we'll contact you and refund your order in full.</p>

<h2>Shipping rates</h2>
<p><strong>Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99.</strong></p>
<p>Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of <strong>$8</strong>. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $15.</p>

<h2>Processing time</h2>
<p>Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Our moderators are manufactured in our own shop in Idaho, and cores are 3D-printed to order, so during busy periods a caliber may take a few days longer. If your order needs extra time we'll let you know.</p>
<p>You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.</p>

<h2>Delivery times</h2>
<p>Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our hands we don't control how fast it moves.</p>

<h2>Lost or damaged in transit</h2>
<p>If your tracking shows delivered and the package isn't there, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at <a href="mailto:usamodair@gmail.com">usamodair@gmail.com</a> and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.</p>

<h2>Address accuracy</h2>
<p>Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and we can't cover packages lost due to an incorrect address.</p>
