Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Certain destinations may be restricted by state or local law. If we're unable to ship to your address, we'll contact you and refund your order in full.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more.

Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $8. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $15.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Our moderators are manufactured in our own shop in Idaho, and cores are 3D-printed to order, so during busy periods a caliber may take a few days longer. If your order needs extra time we'll let you know.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our hands we don't control how fast it moves.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking shows delivered and the package isn't there, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at usamodair@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and we can't cover packages lost due to an incorrect address.
