<p>We do our best to describe our products accurately, including caliber, thread pitch and dimensions. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order — including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.</p>

<h2>4. Product use and legal compliance</h2>
<p>Our moderators are designed, manufactured and sold exclusively for use on pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) air rifles. They are not firearm parts, suppressors, or silencers.</p>

<h2>5. Orders and payment</h2>
<p>Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we ship. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.</p>

<p>All content on this site — our product names, the USA Moderators and Airguns logo, product photography, and written copy — is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.</p>

<h2>7. Warranty and disclaimer</h2>
<p>Our lifetime warranty is set out in the Refund and Return Policy. Beyond that warranty, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.</p>

<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damages arising from misuse of a product.</p>
